As you drive under the overpass into West Glacier, you'll see the Alberta Visitor Center immediately on your right.

You will need the National Park Pass before you board our shuttle. It causes major delays if you don't have it. You can get it HERE
An annual pass will get in 4 adults on our shuttle, while a Glacier 7 Day Pass will grant access to 2 adults on our shuttle. You will need to buy additional passes if you have more adults than what your pass will allow.
No, if taking our shuttle you will not need a Vehicle Reservation. You will need a National Park Pass or Glacier 7-day Pass though...Get the National Park pass here.
Yes! Bear spray will be available to rent for $9.25 per day. Just grab it before leaving the shuttle and return it when you meet us back for the return to West Glacier! We will charge your card that you booked with for the bear spray rental.
To provide all of our customers with the best service, we must leave on time. If you miss your pick-up, then you will have to bike back to our shop. It is about 15 miles to our shop from the pick-up location at Avalanche Campground, once you return the bikes to us in Apgar Village you will then need to walk 2 miles on a bike path from our shop out to West Glacier, where your car will be parked.
Yes you can, though the price is the same and it is about 15 miles from Avalanche Campground back to our shop, with traffic, and bikes are still due back no later than 7:00PM.

There is also usually a FREE Park Shuttle that runs during hiker/biker season provided by NPS. The NPS biker shuttle info is typically released a month or so before bike season begins, check the NPS website HERE. for more info.
No. Our shuttle service will end once Going to the Sun Road opens to cars. If you have a shuttle reservation and the road opens to cars on or before your reservation date, we will notify you via text message that your shuttle has been canceled and fully refunded.
No. Anyone can catch a ride on our shuttle, but reservations are required in advance for everyone, so please text us at 406-219-7466.
Reservations are not canceled for fog, rain, or a chilly day. We will cancel if the conditions are unsuitable for paddling or biking (lightning, strong winds or extreme weather). Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the trip will receive a full refund. Canceling with 24 hours notice or more will be able to transfer payment to a future trip or program. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will receive no refund. No-shows will also forfeit the entire reservation fee. If we cancel due to an emergency, extreme weather, or if the rental item is down for repairs you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If Glacier Outfitters has to cancel the reservation, we will make every attempt to contact you in a timely fashion.
We charge $40 per person. That cost applies to everyone, even children. All guests, regardless of age or size, must purchase a seat. No lap children allowed.
